            Alasdair Outhwaite


            Alasdair specialises in advising both public and private companies on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and fund raisings. He has a particular focus on private equity transactions.

            Alasdair's recent private equity experience includes advising on transactions for clients including Endless, North Edge, Phoenix, GCP, LDC and H2.

            Other key experience includes having advised on the sale of retailer Maplin Electronics to Rutland Partners, for the management team of Fourth, a global provider of cloud-based management systems for the hospitality industry, on its recent MBO, and Cox & King's Ł400m takeover of leisure and travel business Holidaybreak plc.

            Alasdair has also advised on a number of acquisitions and disposals for international companies including INEOS, Crown Paints and Multisol, and large North West corporates NCC Group plc, Lookers plc and Euro Garages.
