          The conference will focus on relevant commercial and practical implications of recent and forthcoming employment law changes, including a legislation update and a summary of the key cases before the courts and tribunals. With the publication of the Government's "Good Work Plan" and accompanying draft legislation, this session will include a practical outline of employer's obligations under the new law. 

          We will also provide an overview of what the future might hold for employment law. From the impact of Brexit to the Government's commitment to remove sexual harassment from the workplace, the potential for change is great. We will provide an insight into what practical steps you as an employer can take to stay one step ahead.

          There will be time for questions at the end of the conference. In addition, delegates will have the opportunity for a free of charge private consultation with a member of the team about any tricky HR issue or challenge they are currently facing.
