Change is the only constant in retail. This is a much-used phrase, but in 2019 our retail sector is in for its fastest-ever period of change and reinvention. Chaired by Jamie Delargy, the conference will explore the new policy priorities for town and city centres, reinventing retail and reforming business rates.

What are the challenges for our newly elected Local Councils and a future Stormont administration? How do we make a success of City Deals? Do we need to reboot economic policy?

Retail NI and DWF are bringing together a panel of experts to identify the solutions to these and other challenges.
