            Tinnitus in RTA claims –  What is the potential scale of the issue with expert input from ENT Consultant, Ian Johnson. What strategies should Insurers use to identify and combat spurious and potentially fraudulent claims?

            Costs building in fixed cost RTA claims – How are Claimants using disbursements to increase their profit margins? Is there anything insurers can do to combat this behaviour?

            Claims incubation and part 8 stays – What can insurers do to protect themselves?  How are the courts approaching these matters?
