International legal business DWF has appointed partner Will Marshall to its insurance team in London, enhancing its professional indemnity capability as it continues to drive growth in the City. Will joins from Capsticks and specialises in defendant medical malpractice law.
With 20 years' experience handling medical malpractice claims, Will advises on a wide range of issues, from high volume, delegated authority claims through to maximum severity injury cases, including cases involving brain damage, serious neurological injury, fatal accidents and surgical claims.
Will's clients include insurers, individual self-employed consultants, private healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, health sector staffing agencies, services ancillary to medicine, pharmacists, physiotherapists, paramedics, mental health & addiction rehabilitation services, cosmetic clinics, body artists, salons and sexual health & family planning services.
