            DWF strengthens healthcare expertise with partner hire in Germany

            International legal business DWF has appointed medical lawyer Julian Weiss as a partner in its Munich office.

            Julian joins from Buse Heberer Fromm and will work with his colleagues in the business's UK offices to enhance DWF's healthcare sector offering internationally.

            Julian brings extensive expertise in advising both national and international clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. He represents businesses on all regulatory issues as well as those concerning corporate and commercial law. Julian's practice has a particular focus on healthcare governance and compliance work, transactional work in the healthcare sector and litigation. His clients include healthcare service providers, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and doctors.

            DWF has continued to build its continental European presence in the last couple of years, with office openings in Germany, France and Italy. As part of its strategic growth, it has expanded its German offices with hires such as partner Dr. Steffen Ernemann to its Munich insurance practice and Christiane Huismans as an insolvency and real estate partner in its Berlin office.
