            DWF advises Allvotec Limited on the acquisition of ISG Technology

            DWF, the global legal business, has advised Allvotec Limited on the acquisition of ISG Technology from private equity house, WestBridge.

            Allvotec Limited, which delivers and supports end-to-end technology and communications services, has acquired ISG Technology, which provides network design, deployment and management services for multi-site clients in the UK.

            Allvotec was advised by a team of lawyers from DWF led by National Head of Corporate, Frank Shephard with his team: Katy Philips (corporate), Rebecca Gargary (corporate), James Cashman (tax), Alex Tolcher (tax), Emily Snape (employment), Nicole van Leenen (data protection), JP Buckley (data protection) and Alexander Szehidewicz (banking). 

            WestBridge were supported on the divestment by Clearwater International (Carl Houghton, Wesley Fell-Smith and Finn O’Driscoll) and Capital Law (Cath Golledge, Angelina Drljaca-Chandler and Tom Kelleher).

            Commenting on the deal, Frank Shephard said: "We are delighted to have advised Allvotec Limited on its purchase of ISG Technology. We look forward to watching the business develop under its new ownership. 

            "This deal further demonstrates DWF's strength in advising clients with international operations in the tech sector. Tech deals have already accounted for over a third of our deals this year and we continue to see strong activity in the sector into the New Year."
