Alicia has experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law particularly with representing and advising on multiple equal pay litigation.
Alicia provides advice on all aspects of employment law including redundancies and restructures, policy reviews, disciplinary and grievance handling and TUPE. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating standard employment documents.
Alicia has appeared before the employment tribunals in Scotland and England and also the Employment Appeal Tribunal. She is an accredited specialist in employment law by the WS Society in Scotland.
