            Claudia is a specialist in intellectual property law and advises on copyright, unfair competition, trademarks, design and patent law matters.

            Claudia provides advice on all aspects of intellectual property and IT law. She also provides advice on contract design and the protection of know-how.

            She supports clients with the creation of marketing concepts and material as well as with their appearance on social media up to the performance of competitions. Trademarks, designs, copyrights and patents are nowadays important commodities for companies. Claudia advises on general questions regarding the protection of those IP rights as well as on their enforcement in and out of court against third parties.

            Furthermore, she regularly supports companies with setting up and establishing webshops. Especially in the context of e-commerce data protection is getting more and more important. Claudia advises clients regarding the range of legal requirements for a legally compliant webshop and the establishment of corresponding data protection concepts.
