            Partner // Operations Director of Managed Services – Commercial

            Julia is a Partner and Operations Director of Managed Services for the commercial division.

            In her role as Operations Director of Managed Services for the commercial division Julia's work will focus on building further on the DWF strategy of providing clients with an integrated legal services solution.

            Julia has considerable experience in operational delivery and business transformation derived from 13 years of heading up DWF's volume Lender Services operation which conducts commoditised legal work and more lately in establishing DWF's first alternative delivery 'Legal Support Centre' which is responsible for delivering process driven legal services and project support in multiple practice areas across the commercial services division from Real Estate to Corporate Services and Litigation.  

            Julia is passionate about change and innovation and in discovering and nurturing talent. Her experience has included positive people management and engagement, transforming legal service delivery to drive efficiencies together with driving business process engineering and technology improvements. 

            Julia's legal background is in financial services with specific expertise in Consumer Credit Act (CCA) volume collections and recoveries for major commercial clients with a specialism in motor finance.

            Julia also chairs DWF's Manchester Office's Corporate Social Responsibility Group and fundraising committee supporting fundraising initiatives in support of the DWF Foundation.

            Julia is a keen gym enthusiast with a love for travel and photography.
