            Marcus is an employment law specialist advising large and medium-sized enterprises on individual and collective employment law matters. 

            As specialist in employment law, Marcus Kissel advises larger and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on the economic interests of the company in individual and collective labor law matters. 

            Marcus expertise encompasses restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, optimization of contracts, and issues of co-determination, with particular expertise in the healthcare, production and technology sectors.

            Marcus has additional expertise in the development of permanent monitoring of everyday human resources activities, including general support, clarification of labor law policy issues, analysis and early detection of potential conflict sand their practical resolution, and, if necessary, the judicial enforcement of labor law interests up to the Federal Labor Court level. 

            Marcus Kissel frequently publishes in trade magazines and presents training sessions and workshops for enterprise personnel, focusing on key aspects of labor management, as well as current developments and court decisions for managers and human resources professionals.
