            Martin specialises in English and Italian finance law covering both traditional commercial lending and more structured products such as trade receivables, financings and alternative investments.

            Martin has expertise in the following areas : 

            • Trade receivables financings (pan-European and Italian Law 52 securitisations);
            • Asset finance (including ECA-backed export finance, ships, rigs, aircraft); 
            • Cross border project finance (particularly in the energy sectors); 
            • Investment funds (direct lending) and alternative investments; 
            • Acquisition finance transactions.
