            Matthew Doughty

            Matthew is a corporate lawyer with more than 20 years' experience specialising in mid-market M&A and capital markets transactions for private and publicly owned companies.

            Matthew is the Group Corporate Development Partner, a member of the Executive Board and also a director of DWF Group plc.

            With responsibility for our Group Corporate Development activities, Matthew oversees our global M&A programme and all post-acquisition integration projects.  As a non-executive director of DWF Group plc, Matthew represents the interests of DWF partners on that board.

            Matthew is a corporate lawyer by background with 25 years' experience in M&A and equity capital markets transactions.  He led the project team which delivered DWF's ground breaking IPO on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in March 2019.

            Clients have described him as a "good guy with an excellent manner," and "intelligent, hands-on, commercially focused and good value."
