            Nick's experience spans the range of hearings in the civil courts, primarily in the areas of personal injury, disease, professional negligence and costs litigation, usually acting for insurers or their insured parties.

            Nick also has a growing employment practice, undertaking tribunal hearings in all types of claim both at interlocutory and final hearings.

            In addition, Nick has a busy paper practice, undertaking drafting of pleadings and advices across his areas of practice.

            Nick's particular interest lies in technical and procedural disputes, particularly relating to costs and sanctions, and the interpretation of the ever-changing Civil Procedure Rules.
