            Nick Wallace

            Senior Associate

Nick has extensive experience in advising real estate investment funds and developers acting on commercial, residential and mixed-use development transactions and the on-going management and trading of real estate assets and portfolios.
He acts for and advises varying sizes of investment funds and developers on the full range of real estate services, from land acquisition, site assembly, development financing and build-out through to pre-lets, asset management and asset/portfolio disposal.

            Nick has recently acted on:

            • Several prominent new developments in the PRS and student accommodation sectors for between 240-480 units per scheme, based in prime locations in the regions for a major UK investment fund.
            • Four tranches of financing, three separate portfolio acquisitions and several individual asset purchases for a listed real estate investment trust.
            • Over £100m of property disposals for an international and well-renowned real estate investment fund, based in the USA.

Away from the office, Nick is usually in some obscure country on the other side of the world, on a paintball field, or in the pub sampling some ale.
