            Roger Holman

Roger has considerable experience of dealing with tax and succession planning, often being praised for his pragmatic and comprehensible approach.

In addition to advising individuals, Roger gives advice to UK and offshore trustees and directors, finding ways to achieve their goals as effectively as possible.

He also advises on Income Tax, Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED), remittance and residence planning and Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT).

Roger is an affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax (CIOT) and contributes to its CGT and succession taxes technical committee. He is also recognised as a prominent figure in the Citywealth Leaders list.

Clients say: “Roger always makes our decisions easy. His advice is always concise and clear and he never overuses the technical jargon that is so common with other tax advisers. In addition to his considerable technical skills, Roger is also someone who will happily share a joke with you, something that is so rare in this profession. Roger is very approachable and honest in his opinion.”
