            Stefan Paciorek

            Stefan is responsible for the growth of DWF's international offices. He is CEO of the International Division, Chair of the International Strategy Committee and member of the Executive Board. 
             

            Stefan is responsible for delivering the firm's international strategy and leading the development of our international business. DWF has grown its presence to over 10 jurisdictions outside of the UK and we are pursuing an ambitious but measured client and sector led growth strategy which will enable us to meet our client needs around the world. We bring a fresh approach to the delivery of legal and connected services in the jurisdictions in which we operate that distinguishes us from our competitors. 

            Stefan also has over 20 years' experience in international dispute resolution particularly within the technology and energy sectors. 

            He acts for major corporations, governments and not for profit organisations, often in high profile disputes across jurisdictions, with a focus on the technology, energy, construction and infrastructure sectors.

            Stefan has been involved in some of the largest project disputes in the technology and energy sectors throughout his career.  He has advised on the renegotiation of distressed projects as well as conducting formal dispute resolution process predominantly involving international arbitration and mediation but also in state courts around the world.
