Prior to starting with DWF Advocacy in January 2020, Arianna completed her undergraduate degree at Durham University and her dissertation was published in the European Competition Law Review. She then studied for the LLM (LPB), a course which combines the Bar Professional Training Course with a Masters Dissertation, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2018 as Outstanding. During the BPTC she was a Student Advisor at the Enterprise Clinic at BPP University, which involved providing pro-bono advice to small start-up businesses. She also volunteered to assist at the Citizenship Foundation's Bar Mock Trial. Whilst completing the Masters element, she commenced working as a paralegal in an international e-commerce business engaging with consumer protection, commercial, data protection and employment law. Following this she worked as a freelance County Court Advocate. She gained experience of a wide range of hearings, including debt recovery and enforcement, landlord and tenant, infant settlements and consumer credit matters, as well as application hearings.
