            Iphigenia Fisentzou


            Iphigenia is a civil law practitioner with particular expertise in insurance litigation and growing commercial and costs litigation practices.

            Iphigenia joined DWF Advocacy Ltd in September 2019.  She graduated from the University of Nottingham with an LLB in Law, and the University of Leiden (The Netherlands) with an LLM in Public International Law. She completed the BPTC having received an Advocacy Scholarship from BPP Law School, and was called to the Bar in July 2019.

            She has also held various Pro Bono positions, including being an Immigration Tribunal Friend which gave her valuable experience in dealing with Litigants in Person and vulnerable witnesses.

            Iphigenia acts on behalf of Claimants and Defendants across a wide range of practice areas. She is regularly instructed in small claims hearings, applications and CMCs. She is also instructed in all areas of written advocacy, including drafting statements of case and providing written advices.
