            Ricky Parmar


            Ricky is a skilled personal injury advocate with particular expertise in matters relating to motor insurance and fraudulent claims.

            Ricky joined DWF Advocacy in January 2018. He was called to the Bar in November 2015 after achieving a very competent on the BPTC. Prior to joining DWF, Ricky worked as a freelance County Court Advocate for Quest Legal Advocates, where he gained extensive experience conducting a variety of hearings.

            In his catastrophic personal injury & occupational health practice, Ricky is routinely asked to deal with complex medical evidence and is known for his strong background in motor insurance matters, as a result of conducting countless liability and credit hire small claims, as well as his established fraud practice. Ricky is also experienced in advising and acting on employment matters, having conducted several preliminary hearings.

            Ricky undertakes a range of hearings in claims across all tracks and regularly receives instructions in respect of drafting all types of documents and advising on liability and quantum.
