This specialist workplace medicolegal panel includes the DWF Risk team led by Darren Sharry, the Resile team led by Dr Rob McCartney, and DWF's Employment and Safety team supported by Jamie McPherson. Read more about the panel here.

Please join the panel for an interactive Q&A webinar, in which they will explore some of the most commonly asked questions being raised by employers as they look to move employees back into the workplace post COVID-19 shutdown.

Some of these topics and questions will include:

            • How do I get employees back into the workplace safely, and what issues do I face from a human resources perspective?
            • How do I set up the workplace to be COVID-19 safe, minimising the risk of infection and avoiding entire workplace shutdowns?
            • How do I ensure my workplace is resilient to ongoing exposures, and equipped to respond to any future COVID-19 cases?

Our panel will also be joined by DWF Principal Lawyer Michelle Dawson who will be moderating the Q&A session.
You will have the opportunity to ask your own questions by submitting them to Elizabeth Kelly (Elizabeth.kelly@dwf.law) by 5pm AEST on Tuesday, 2 June 2020. You can also submit questions during the live webinar.
We hope you can join us for what will be an interactive and informative webinar.
