            Angela Simpson


            Angela is an experienced employment lawyer advising a wide range of private and public sector organisations on all aspects of employment law and practice.

            Angela deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters in every aspect of employment law and human resources, with particular expertise in TUPE, equal pay and discrimination in the financial services, outsourcing, retail and public sectors.

            Whether dealing with day to day issues affecting a local site or handling strategic issues with a wider business impact, Angela delivers straightforward and uncomplicated advice. In addition to working closely with HR Directors and their teams to assist with day to day people issues, Angela is experienced in managing project based work including outsourcing and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and large scale changes to terms and conditions.

            Much of Angela's work is multi-jurisdictional, working for organisations with a workforce spanning several countries. She has particular expertise in advising US businesses on company-wide restructuring, acquisitions and the related cross border issues, as well as the transfer of staff.
