This is an exciting role within an ever-changing environment with a key focus on service delivery. You will be responsible for a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring your team deliver an outstanding service, 100% of the time
As a Senior Client Support Assistant, your key focus will be the smooth running of our Front of House operations, including reception, concierge and switchboard.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our London reception is adequately staffed, immaculate and that the service received by our visitors is outstanding.
Your other responsibilities will include
- Planning team shift patterns and rota’s to ensure full cover at all times
- Manage the reception and client lounge areas
- Supporting events taking place in the London office
- Meetings with the building manager to discuss improvements
What Are We Looking For?
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a Front of House role, either from a high end hotel or corporate office environment.
You will be used to working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to manage your time according to priorities
You will have an eye for detail and understand the importance of first impressions. You will have previous experience in a role that has required equally high standards in the past.
