National law firm, DWF, has been newly appointed to the panel of the North of England NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC).
NOE CPC works with more than 40 member NHS organisations across England and accounts for approximately £7 million of legal services expenditure by its members.
The agreement, which runs until March 2015, covers a range of areas which include NHS governance and public law, health care law, mental health law, property law, corporate finance, employment, contract and commercial and PFI projects.

NOE CPC works with its member NHS organisations to aggregate expenditure and secure benefits through collaborative procurement. NHS organisations working with NOE CPC are located across the following regions:
