Business law firm, DWF, has announced that it will be moving its two Birmingham-based teams to the prestigious, One Snowhill building, on 24 June. Following the high profile acquisition of Cobbetts in February, the move will enable the team to work together from one location and forms part of the firm’s long-term growth strategy.
Set in the heart of Birmingham's central business district, offering excellent facilities, One Snowhill is the perfect base for DWF and provides a platform for future growth. DWF is taking 25000 square feet on the first and second floors, which will incorporate client suites and office space.
Caroline Coates, executive partner for DWF in Birmingham, commented: "The last couple of years have seen some significant developments for DWF in the region, and we have expanded rapidly. Since DWF acquired Cobbetts earlier this year, we have been reviewing our property strategy as we were keen to bring the team together in one location, allowing them to collaborate as effectively as possible.
"We were looking for somewhere that reflected our ambitious strategy and that would also give us flexibility for the future. In line with our values, One Snowhill is also of a high environmental standard, with benefits such as solar control glazing.
"We are looking forward to making the most of our new office space and welcoming clients to the impressive client suite."
DWF’s current offices - Bennetts Hill and Colmore Square - will close on Friday 21 June.
