The most active legal advisers in the UK's M&A market in March have been revealed in a new report by information services provider Experian.
Commercial law firm DWF topped the chart from a volume perspective, having worked on 11 deals worth £145m. Gateley took second place having advised on eight smaller transactions with a total value of £5m.
DLA Piper and Osborne Clarke both worked on seven deals, although there was a large difference in value, with DLA's transactions worth £6bn to Osborne Clarke's £168m.
Hill Dickinson with six deals worth £47m made up the top five.
Hogan Lovells, Slaughter and May, Addleshaw Goddard, Shoosmiths and Pinsent Masons all worked on five deals.
