DWF hosting a celebrity charity football match and family fun day in aid of Macmillan

The DWF Corporate Responsibility Group are hosting a celebrity charity football match and family fun day on Sunday, 20 July in aid of our nominated charity, Macmillan.

Our team, captained by Phil Duignan, will take on the All Star team comprising Alan Halsall, Andy Whyment, Ryan Thomas, Jamie Lomas, Ralf Little, Anthony Quinlan, Sam Aston, Nick Pickard and Ayden Callaghan (subject to any last-minute filming needs in their respective soaps).

The gates will open from 12:00 and kick off is at 14:00 at Wright Robinson Leisure, Gorton. You’ll be able to enjoy craft stalls, street food, face painting, a bouncy castle, Skylight Circus classes and other family entertainment. Half-time fun includes a penalty shootout against the celebrity goalkeeper and local line dancing group, the Manchester Prairie Dogs.

Tickets are £8 for adults and £4 for under 18s. Tickets are available on the gate or you can contact Sean Monks or Stephen Pendred to guarantee your place.
