DWF has launched Advantage Online Training, an initiative which encourages businesses to further develop their managers and improve their understanding of key employment issues.
Developed in recognition that training can take people away from their jobs, is time intensive and can often be expensive, DWF has designed a cost-effective and time efficient training solution which enables businesses to support their employees and ensure that their managers are up-to-date with recent developments in employment law, helping reduce the risk of Employment Tribunal claims. The firm is currently offering businesses a free trial of the training which covers key modules in Equality & Diversity, Performance Management, Absence Management and Disciplinary & Grievance.
