National business law firm DWF has been shortlisted in three categories at the 2015 MPF European practice management awards. The awards, which are supported by the Harvard Business Review and the Financial Times, recognise the UK firms that have displayed management and operational excellence throughout the year. The firm has been shortlisted in the Best Leadership of Innovation, Best Managed Workplace and Best Programme for Leadership Development categories.
The Best Leadership of Innovation category recognises the DWF’s leadership across a broad range of innovative initiatives that have led to major developments in client service delivery, organisational structure and people management.
The shortlisting for Best Managed Workplace highlights the success of DWF’s leadership team in developing a workplace designed to deliver high levels of employee engagement and collaboration. DWF relocated its 300 London-based employees from two separate sites into a single cutting-edge landmark building designed to drive high levels of productivity, maximise efficiency and provide an exceptional working environment for employees and clients.
DWF also launched a transformational leadership development programme to maximise the potential and value the contributions of all employees, which is recognised in the “Best Programme for Leadership Development” category. Reflecting a culture which encourages learning and career development, the ‘DWF Academy’, a comprehensive suite of tailored development programmes, caters for different learning styles and is accessible via a bespoke website for 24/7 access. To complement this, DWF launched its ‘Expectations Framework’ a new performance development and measurement tool designed to more effectively recognise, reward and further develop contributions to DWF’s business success.
The winners will be announced at an award ceremony on 11 March.
