Legal business DWF has been shortlisted for two categories in the Scottish Top Employers for Working Families Awards 2017, for Best Large Private Sector Employer and Best for Innovation in Family Friendly Working.
The firm has been shortlisted for Best Large Private Sector Employer in recognition of its progressive and innovative approach to supporting working families, which supports a flexible and family-friendly culture across DWF. The shortlisting highlights DWF's commitment to the development and creation of strategies in order to 'bridge the gap' between new parents and their teams and managers in providing advice, feedback and support.
DWF has also been recognised in the Best for Innovation in Family Friendly Working category, acknowledging the innovative initiatives driven by its national Diversity & CSR team. These include the Baby Buddy Scheme to connect new parents with colleagues who can provide guidance and the Family Friendly Hub, which provides working families with clear guidance and resources in relation to parental leave.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Glasgow on 9th March.
