The demands of our growing client base have led us to expand our Debt Recovery team in Scotland, based out of our new offices in the heart of the financial district in Glasgow. We see this as another step towards us creating a unique offering extending across all jurisdictions within the United Kingdom and beyond. We hope members will find it beneficial to work with a firm with Debt Recovery teams in England and Scotland with the potential to extend our services via our new offices in Belfast and Dublin.
Our aim is to offer members a 'one stop shop' across all of these jurisdictions in-house which will enable us to maintain high levels of service and compliance. We hope this will give our clients peace of mind that their matters are being dealt with all under one roof without the need to outsource to external agents in different jurisdictions with us maintaining full control at every stage.
We have continued to invest in our sophisticated case management system covering both the English and Scottish court processes with the ability for our clients to have remote access to manage and monitor the process via our online facility, providing complete transparency.
We envisage that providing a cross border service covering both jurisdictions will mean that we can be even more flexible with our pricing and be very competitive. We aim to keep the cost down by managing all of the work in-house without the need to instruct local agents on your behalf.
Our operational team in Glasgow is led by Susan McGinlay who has over 25 years of experience in legal debt recovery in Scotland, working with many large commercial clients and Registered Social Landlords. Susan's expertise covers collecting commercial trade debts as well as undertaking recovery work in the retail and real estate sectors as well as across all other sectors.
Susan is delighted to have become part of the DWF National Debt Recovery team and is excited about serving our Scottish clients' debt recovery needs.
DWF also continues to extend its reach across Europe and beyond with our merger with Heenan Paris in France following on from the establishment of DWF in Germany, Brussels and Dubai, which really gives us global reach and the ability to effectively manage your collections internationally.
