Daisy has substantial experience advising clients on all issues concerning German and EU competition law and specialises in merger control, competition law aspects in distribution relationships, competitor co-operations, cartel proceedings and competition law compliance. She works with clients across a number of sectors, including retail, automotive and food, and has extensive involvement with competition authorities across Europe.
She has been involved in a number of significant cases, including various German and European cartel cases in the food and automotive sector as well as in large transactions requiring merger filings before the EU Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office or before multiple competition authorities in parallel.
