Finance Law Forum

Legal training for the finance sector

We are pleased to invite you to join the DWF Finance Law Forum. The Forum has been created as a learning platform for bankers and asset based lenders and will provide a grounding in the legal principles underlying lending and security.

During the course of the six month programme we will explain the terminology and attempt to demystify the key aspects of some of the legal documents that bankers and asset based lenders will encounter in their daily work. Sessions will be practical and cover the legal principles associated with contract, security, guarantees and loans with plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion and interaction.

Tuition will be provided by senior members of DWF’s Banking team and will be held at DWF’s office in Spinningfields, Manchester. The programme commences in February 2016 and comprises 6 sessions of 1 hour, from 5pm to 6pm.

We are offering this programme free of charge. All that we ask is that delegates commit to attend the full programme of lectures over six months.

Places on the course are limited and can be reserved by contacting the events team
