Every two years, INLA stages an international congress, with nuclear law experts and specialists coming together from around the world to strengthen relations, exchange information, and promote cooperation.
This year, for the first time, INLA UK is holding a UK-focussed Nuclear Law Foundation Course, over 1.5 days which is to he hosted at DWF's London office.
Simon Stuttaford, Partner in our national Nuclear Team joins the panel of legal speakers to deliver a presentation on 'Consenting a Nuclear Project.'
The course will focus on key UK nuclear sector legal issues and is designed for both lawyers practising in nuclear law, and policy makers, regulators and students. It provides an ideal introduction for newcomers to the UK nuclear legal sector, as well as benefitting experienced practitioners.
