21st February 2013, Lloyd’s launched its Wreck Removal Report. Michael Kingston contributed to the Report. The event which attracted approximately 400 delegates to the Captain’s room in Lloyd’s was repeated in Oslo, Norway on 4th June 2013.

26th February 2013, Jonathan Moss gave the guest lecture to law students at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary College, London University on “Piracy, when will Insurers meet the costs?”

11th March 2013, Jonathan Moss gave a presentation to the Willis Masters of Energy Course entitled “Contractual Liabilities and Energy Insurance”.

9th May 2013, Michael Kingston moderated the Arctic Panel Discussion about increased activity on behalf of UKTI at their Nordic - Baltic seminar.

22 May 2013, DWF together with Lockton held the Greentech seminar on renewable energy.

14th June 2013, DWF Fishburns staged the Lloyd’s Market Practitioners Training Day.

13th September 2013, Michael Kingston gave a presentation of the Lloyd’s Wreck Removal Report at the Salvage and Wreck Asia Conference in Singapore.

18 September 2013, Michael Kingston gave the closing talk with Ake Rohlen of Arctic Marine Solutions and Ambassador Gustaf Lind, Government of Sweden, about the Arctic, at the International Union of Marine Insurers world conference in London.

27th September 2013, Jonathan Moss, as visiting lecturer in International Shipping Law at Queen Mary, University of London spoke to new Masters students about recent legal developments in Marine Insurance.

3rd October 2013, Michael Kingston led the discussion on Insurance for Ice Voyages at the North American Arctic Shipping Conference in Newfoundland, Canada.
