Scottish Planner - The Journal of RTPI Scotland

Scottish Planner is the quarterly journal of RTPI Scotland. It is distributed to all 2200 RTPI Members in Scotland as well to over 300 national bodies, media organisations, MSPs and local authority Planning Committees.

This newly-design edition focuses on the RTPI centenary and focuses on learning from the past. It includes articles on the National Planning Framework, rural housing, the legacy of Dundee and Perth, learning from Scotland's new towns and Thomas Adams who was the first President of RTPI. It also includes a Q and A with John McNairney, Chief Planner in Scottish Government, and a practical guide to processing agreements.
