If so Arbitration may be the solution for you. In March 2012 a financial arbitration scheme was launched by the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators (IFLA), which is governed by the Arbitration Act 1996.

Commercial lawyers and their clients have used the Arbitration Act 1996 for years to avoid protracted and costly Court battles and it was hoped that by launching a scheme governed by the same Act, that couples involved in relationship breakdown could reap similar benefits.
