Could SARAH ride to rescue defendants in motor claims?

After a bumpy ride through Parliament, the Social Action, Responsibility and Heroism Bill (SARAH) Act finally received Royal Assent on 12th February 2015. Whilst the commencement date is as yet unknown, Associate Phil Mann takes a look at the new Act and asks whether this often criticised piece of legislation might have an effect on motor claims.
