Scottish Government establish ‘Fair Work Convention’: The Scottish Government has announced the members and remit for a new body to advise it on such matters as the living wage, employee representation and potential for collective bargaining in Scotland.

ASA reject Alcohol Concern complaint: The ASA has rejected a complaint about a Diageo ad for Guinness which included rereference to ‘A good week starts here’.

New preservative limits for cosmetics: The EU Commission has highlighted new limits in force for the cosmetics preservatives propyl and butyl paraben for use in the nappy area of children under three years of age.
