£1M penalty for failure to inform customers of ADR scheme

OFCOM has fined EE one million pounds for failure to inform complaining customers of the Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme it is required to have in place.

Guidance issued on carrier bag charges

DEFRA has issued guidance for retailers ahead of the 5p charging requirement coming in for retailers with over 250 employees from 5 October.
