Proposals published under EU Digital Market Strategy
EU DG Justice has published proposals on the viewing of digital content across boundaries, and for harmonisation of member states' laws for online sales of goods.

Regulations on marketing e-cigarettes
The Department of Health has published draft regulations that will ban advertising e-cigarettes in hard copy publications or online.

Calls to make obesity a national priority
The British Heart Foundation, as part of a coalition of 18 charities called the Obesity Stakeholder Group, has highlighted a report by the Chief Medical Officer calling for tackling obesity to be made a national priority.

EU creates new feed additive category
The EU has passed a regulation creating a new category of feed additive, named ‘hygiene condition enhancer’.

Views emerging on world climate change deal
The Government has been quick to set out details of the deal in Paris, and business groups and NGO’s have published their initial comments.
