Pricing complaints upheld by ASA: The Advertising Standards Authority has upheld three complaints against Charles Tyrwhitt in respect of a leaflet in which cross out prices were shown without it being made clear that these were not previous prices, for claiming ‘within ten days’ when offers lasted for longer and for use of the term ‘exclusive’ when this was not the case.
