I have experience of projects and disputes across a wide range of sectors including civil engineering, electricity generation, nuclear, telecoms, subsea, oil & gas, information technology, pipeline, shipbuilding and marine engineering. My particular interest is in building information modelling, oil & gas supply chain contractors, nuclear project supply chain contractors and electricity generation projects including renewables.
As my clients have originated from so many different countries, I have experience of drafting and disputes under the NEC, FIDIC and IChemE forms as well as JCT and ICE and bespoke forms for major projects. International commercial arbitration, under ICC Rules, LCIA Rules, UNCITRAL Rules and other systems and covering many different systems of law is also part of my portfolio.
I have a wide general expertise in construction and engineering law, with particular expertise in international commercial arbitration, dispute boards, expert determination, building information modelling issues and drafting of project dispute resolution systems.
