I have worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 18 years, with local, national and international charities including Prince’s Trust, United Way Worldwide, LCVS, YWCA and HMS WHIMBREL Project.
I love to get involved and get others involved in making a difference in their communities. I have worked in many different areas of fundraising development including corporate, trusts, events and major gifts.
I successfully graduated from the United Way Worldwide Global Fellows Program which is a one year development course in International Leadership.
I am passionate about philanthropy and believe that it’s not always about the money; giving time, expertise, commitment and passion is just as important and can make a real difference.
I am a member of the North Grant Committee of Children in Need and am involved with the Institute of Fundraising as a member of their North West Committee. I am also a member of the Liverpool and Sefton Chamber of Commerce Council.
