My work spans all areas of employment law and I have particular experience within the education and healthcare sectors.
I help employers to find practical solutions to employment issues, including TUPE and change management. I advise employers, including charities and FTSE100 companies, on a variety of employment issues, including large-scale multi-site collective redundancies and change management (including implementation of collective changes in terms and conditions of employment), issues arising out of TUPE (with a focus on out-sourcing, redundancies), as well as contractual, disciplinary and grievance matters.
I also provide employment support on corporate deals and have extensive experience of conducting proceedings in the Employment Tribunals.
A significant part of my time is spent training clients on issues such as collective consultation, redundancy issues, equality and performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
I have developed online training modules, dealing with equality and diversity, disciplinary and grievance and performance and absence management.
