            Andrew Holland


            Andrew specialises in a broad range of litigated matters and has experience of working with a number of Insurers providing advice in all manner of tortious claims. Andrew attained Police Station Accreditation prior to his qualification as a Solicitor and is knowledgeable in Criminal Investigation and procedure. 

            Andrew's role in the Police and Prison Law team involves dealing with claims arising out of Human Rights Act, Equality Act, Judicial Review, Personal Injury, Property Loss and Inquests.  Andrew has previously handled a mixed caseload of litigated matters and has enjoyed a number of trial successes. Andrew also has experience of Multiple Defendant and Recovery Matters.

            Prior to joining DWF, Andrew principally dealt with EL and PL Claims. Andrew has developed a number of relationships in this sector and enjoys working closely with clients to obtain the best results in complex matters.

            Andrew's training and subsequent qualification in September, 2016 have allowed him to work in many areas of the law and gather a wealth of experience; experience he now draws upon in his current practice.

            Outside of work Andrew is a keen fitness enthusiast and enjoys watching his beloved Manchester United.
