            Solicitor

Saamir is a solicitor specialising in professional negligence and risk management work, particularly for solicitors and construction professionals.

He also participated in certain national and international investigative efforts including secondments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (for the Enron collapse), International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (for the Bosnian genocide) and the Congress' Democracy Project in Africa (training emerging legislatures to develop robust legislative practices).
