            Simon Belfield

            Director

            Simon is a corporate defence specialist who provides up-front regulatory compliance advice and representation to businesses and senior managers in relation to investigations and prosecutions by regulatory bodies.
            He specialises in health and safety, environmental, food safety and trading standards investigations. He also regularly represents clients at inquests.

            Simon is a highly experienced and valued lawyer with a specialism in regulatory and professional disciplinary matters. He is recognised as an objective, determined and effective litigator, and for his technical nous and attention to detail when representing clients who find themselves under investigation.

            He has an excellent track record of running contentious and complex cases and achieving successful outcomes.

            He was voted Health and Safety Lawyer of the year by Lawyer Monthly Magazine in 2014.

            Simon is an avid Stoke City supporter and keen cricketer being a member of the MCC and Secretary of the Gentlemen of Staffordshire Cricket Club.
