I work with the Director of Corporate Engagement and Responsibility to further enhance our commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
I have worked in all areas of HR including policy writing and development, line manager development, recruitment and all aspects of human resource management.
I work with a number of best practice organisations such as Race for Opportunity, Opportunity Now, Stonewall, Working Families, Black Solicitors Network, The Law Society and Clearkit.
I am proud to be one of the project team to have successfully achieved “Clear Assured” status, working with the recruitment team to remove barriers for disabled talent. DWF is the first law firm to achieve this status.
I am also on the Diversity Steering Group helping to deliver our strategic objective of creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace, supported by our Partners and Diversity Champions.
In addition, I work with the Corporate Responsibility Committees at all the sites assisting with the co-ordination of volunteering activities and helping to develop the relationships with all of our chosen charities and external organisations.
