I have been advising corporate entities, investors and management teams on M&A and related corporate finance work for many years, working closely with clients to understand their needs and to deliver constructive solutions to problems. Whilst technical excellence will always be at the heart of the service I deliver to clients, I always put advice in a commercial context and frame it in accessible language. I look to establish a deep understanding of the opportunities, pressures and challenges of the sectors my clients operate in, to ensure advice is always pragmatic and driven by a desire to find solutions.
I work closely with my clients’ management, their legal and commercial teams and with their other advisers, operating as a seamless extension of the legal function and trusted adviser to the business.
